Method Unlocked provides a customised website build for your business. Each website is built specifically for you — around your business, your services, your customers and the information and assets you provide. Business-specific work, tools and resources may be used to complete your project.

The service is a one-off payment of $497 AUD. Payment is collected securely through Stripe at the time of ordering. Work on your website project begins after payment has been received.

Your website will be delivered live within 48 hours of payment, provided all required information and assets have been supplied. If information or assets are still outstanding, the delivery window begins once they are received.

Because this is a customised website build, once work has commenced on your project, refunds are generally not available. Work commences promptly after payment is received.

If you have any concerns about your project, get in touch as soon as possible and they will be worked through with you.

Nothing in these terms and conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies you have under the Australian Consumer Law, and you are not required to waive any of your legal rights. Where any guarantee under the Australian Consumer Law applies, our liability is limited, where it is fair and reasonable to do so, to resupplying the services or paying the cost of having the services supplied again.
